Working with Jimmy and Michael was truly seamless. They were ALWAYS available for questions and offered knowledge and expertise to all of the phases from listing to closing. They also were extremely helpful with showing the home and making sure that our dog was safe and out of the way. The home sold on the first day of showings, above the asking price. I truly believe that it had everything to do with their knowledge of the current market and their years of experience. I am truly grateful for their hard work and would definitely use them again if i were to buy or sell another property in Ft. Lauderdale.
